Welded Plate Heat Exchangers
Welded plate heat exchangers are specialized heat transfer devices composed of metal plates that enable efficient and effective heat exchange. These exchangers have a design where two or more fluids circulate independently within their own channels.
The working principle is quite simple: the first fluid enters through one channel, while the second fluid enters through another. As the fluids flow along the surfaces of the metal plates, heat transfer occurs through contact between the plates. Increasing the contact surface area between the plates enhances heat transfer and improves efficiency.
