UNOX Two-Piece Flanged Double Acting Pneumatic Actuator Stainless Steel Ball Valve
What is a Pneumatic Actuator Stainless Steel Flanged Ball Valve?
A flanged ball valve is a type of valve used in piping or machinery systems to control the flow of water, gas, or other fluids. Flanged ball valves are designed with a cross-axis ball mechanism, so when the valve is open, the fluid flows directly through the ball. Because of this structure, flanged ball valves are widely used in pressurized systems and are suitable for high flow and/or high pressure conditions.
Flanged ball valves are typically mounted on a flange and integrated into piping systems. The flange provides a connection point between the valve and the system and ensures a tight, leak-proof seal.
Depending on the connection size, pneumatic actuators with torque values ranging from 9 Nm to 400 Nm are used. Optional accessories such as switch boxes and directional control valves can also be integrated.
Pneumatic Actuator Torque Values
- UDA 040 = 9 Nm
- UDA 052 = 25 Nm
- UDA 063 = 50 Nm
- UDA 083 = 94 Nm
- UDA 092 = 135 Nm
- UDA 105 = 270 Nm
- UDA 125 = 400 Nm
