What is a Flow Switch?

Application

Used in fluid systems where the medium does not harm brass, phosphorus, or bronze and is not classified as hazardous, to monitor and control flow.

Flow Switch Installation

• The flow switch should be connected parallel to the pipeline, either horizontally or vertically.

• The distance (A) between the connection points to the right or left of the flow switch should be at least 5 times the pipe diameter.

Flow Switch Adjustment

• Remove the switch cover.

• Turn the adjustment screw clockwise for high flow rate.

• Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise for low flow rate.

• Ensure the cover is properly seated after adjustment.
