What is a Pneumatic Actuated Stainless Steel Threaded Ball Valve?

A pneumatic actuated stainless steel threaded ball valve is used to control the flow of fluids through a pipe or tube by means of a mechanical gear system. Ball valves are typically used to open or close the flow of liquid through a pipeline. Threaded ball valves are commonly employed in large-scale facilities for controlling industrial fluid and gas flow.

Due to their various features, threaded ball valves are widely used in industrial plants. For instance, they are ideal for controlling high-pressure fluid and gas flows and are frequently used in large-scale facilities. In addition, threaded ball valves can operate under high temperatures or extreme cold conditions, making them a preferred choice in industrial applications.

Depending on the connection sizes, actuators with torque ranges between 9 Nm and 400 Nm are used. Optional auxiliary components such as switch boxes and directional control valves can also be added based on user preference.
