What is a Pneumatic Actuated Stainless Steel Ball Valve?
A flanged ball valve is a type of valve used in piping or machinery systems to control the flow of water, gas, or other fluids. These valves are designed with an internal cross-axis ball mechanism, allowing fluid to pass directly through the valve when open. Thanks to this design, flanged ball valves are especially suitable for pressurized systems and can be configured to handle high flow rates or high-pressure conditions.
Flanged ball valves are typically mounted onto a system via a flange, which provides a secure and leak-proof connection between the valve and the pipeline or machinery.
