What is a Stainless Steel Double-Sided Nipple?
Double-sided nipples have threads on both ends and are used to securely connect pipes for fluid transfer via these threads. Compared to single-sided nipples, installation is more challenging. Even if one end is screwed onto a pipe, the other end requires rotating the pipe itself to engage the threads. Therefore, single-sided nipples are recommended during the initial installation of a piping system. Installing or removing double-sided nipples afterward can be quite labor-intensive.
