CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION – RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
When you place an order electronically via the website you are using, you are considered to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
Shipping costs, if any, will be paid by the buyer.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and with any applicable warranty certificates, user manuals, or similar documents.
If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning this situation and refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:
If the buyer does not pay the product price or cancels it in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used for payment has been used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller’s shipping cost.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES:
If force majeure occurs that the seller could not foresee, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and has paid in cash, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will also be made within 14 days, but the bank may take 2–3 weeks to reflect it in the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
Before accepting the delivery of the contracted goods/services, the buyer must inspect them and refuse to accept damaged or defective products (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc.) from the courier. Products/services received are deemed undamaged and intact. After delivery, the buyer must take care of the product/service. If exercising the right of withdrawal, the product/service must not be used and must be returned along with the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal or penal responsibility and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the specified address, provided that they notify the seller via the contact information below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
If the purchased product is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. Before this period ends, withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has started with the consumer’s consent. The buyer is aware of the withdrawal conditions when placing the order.
Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
Notification of withdrawal must be made within 14 (fourteen) days via registered mail, fax, email, or other methods notified by the seller, and the product must be unused according to the "Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal" provisions of this contract.
HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or buyer (if the invoice is corporate, it must be returned with the corporate return invoice; if a return invoice is not issued, the return cannot be completed).
The return form, product box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The seller must refund the total amount and any documents obligating the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, and must receive the product within 20 days.
If the product’s value decreases due to the buyer’s fault or return is impossible for this reason, the buyer must compensate the seller proportionally. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use within the withdrawal period.
If the use of the withdrawal right reduces the campaign limit, the discount used under the campaign is canceled.
PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM WITHDRAWAL:
Products prepared at the buyer’s request or personal needs and not suitable for return, underwear, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, single-use products, perishable or potentially expired goods, opened products that are not suitable for health and hygiene, products mixed with others that cannot be separated, periodicals (except subscription agreements), services provided instantly electronically, intangible goods delivered instantly, audiovisual recordings, books, digital content, software, data storage devices, computer consumables whose packaging is opened — these cannot be returned.
Before the withdrawal period ends, if a service starts with consumer approval, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassette tapes, and stationery consumables (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned unopened, unused, and intact.
According to the Distance Contracts Regulation, products exempt from withdrawal include:

Products prepared according to consumer requests or personal needs.

Perishable or potentially expiring products.

Products whose protective packaging is opened after delivery and not suitable for health/hygiene.

Products mixed with others and cannot be separated.

Books, digital content, and computer consumables whose protective packaging is opened.

Services tied to a specific date/time (accommodation, transport, car rental, food/drink supply, entertainment, leisure).

Services delivered instantly electronically or intangible goods delivered instantly.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the buyer defaults when paying by credit card, they accept responsibility to pay interest to the bank and acknowledge that the bank may pursue legal action. Any resulting costs and attorney fees may be claimed from the buyer. The buyer also accepts responsibility for any losses incurred by the seller due to delayed payment.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
Payments can be made via bank transfer or EFT to our accounts (TL).
Payments can also be made online with any credit card via the website, with single or installment options. At the end of the order, the amount will be charged to the credit card.
